I had a late check in (10 PM) and the staff made sure that my room’s heater was on, and that the room key was hung up on the lobby door so I could grab it. Getting to the parking lot prior to checking in is slightly confusing but there is a parking lot right next to it to park momentarily before moving it to the hotel’s parking lot. We would love to come back and stay here again. "
