「Everything was just ok」

「We had been on the road all day. We were welcomed and were able to check in early. For a family owned inn they had the best technology. Keyless entry and online checkout. Very clean!!」

「Room was great but the customer service was phenomenal. I had to check in after 8 pm and they made sure to give me a call day of to go over steps to get into my room!」

「This casino/hotel is only a year old (as of March 2026), so everything feels clean and new. We only stayed one night on our way home in Northern CA. We've stayed in Yreka before and the hotels tend to be more noisy from highway traffic and truckers. This hotel is far enough from the highway that it's really quiet. The pool area was awesome. Several hot tubs and fire pits. Well maintained. We would stay here again. 」

「This inn was very personable and cozy. It’s the cleanest nicest place I’ve stayed. I’m very grateful for such a lovely stay. They had lovely attention to detail including clear signage with frequently asked questions, little jars with coffee and mugs as well as wall art and very comfortable bedding. The last place I stayed at smelled like cigarettes and feet and was more expensive per night. I’d absolutely recommend this place.」

「The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore.」

「Quaint but a little too rustic for me.shower was difficult, wiring and extension cords seemed unsafe. I appreciate this is a very old hotel but I prefer something less musty. The staff was lovely and helpful.」
