"Overall, great place to stay. We came with family and hung out by the fire pit and played Jenga by the BBQ. rooms were spacious and clean. There is no front desk, which is fine, and they have a 800 number to call with questions and someone always answers. We weren't really accustomed to this and needed towels, but no none was at the hotel. we managed, so not that big of a deal. we will def stay here again next Shasta visit. "

The room key is retrieved from a key box, so you don’t have to meet hotel staff, which provides good privacy. However, I needed a band-aid and a spoon, so I asked the woman at the front desk—who I believe is the owner—and she kindly brought them to me. She always greeted me with a smile, and I am truly grateful for her warm and friendly assistance."
