We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel. We are returning Park Royal guests, and are delighted with the makeover. The room was fresh and very comfortable, all the staff were as helpful and charming as ever. We will certainly be back, this will always be our home in Singapore. Thank you everyone at Novotel!

Average Hotel In Singapore

It was ok. Zero assistance with baggage on arrival, free for all at check in in terms of queue management. Room nice, good shower and facilities. Breakfast also good. The pool area was nice too, albeit "absorbent" beds is a weird furniture choice in that climate. Not sure they will ever fully dry! Area round about is interesting, lots of good food options. Lots of guests wearing slippers and pyjamas at breakfast which was interesting...🙄. All in, it was ok, nothing special or spectacular but functional at best.

Bad soundproofing

The hotel is not qualify for 4 stars hotel. 1. The room's bad soundproofing makes it hard to sleep; you can hear footsteps from upstairs and people chatting in the hallway. 2. There is a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain.

Disastrously terrible

Everything including unkind, far from being comportable, and terrible noise. If next coming to Singapore, I will never never be going to around this hotel <= Novotel on Kitchener. I have never experienced such a hotel.

I have been on holiday in Malaysia Singapore and Dubai for the past three weeks and I have to say that the stay in Singapore was not really the best. The hotel in Singapore did not impress us in many ways with their service. Starting with breakfast where there was no variation in the following days and also that the tables were not covered. What really bothered us was the lift which never worked properly. Every morning you had to stop at every floor because the lift stopped at every floor. The hotel did not convince us at all and I would not book the hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location. It is generally safe to walk around even in the late night. There are good dining options very close to the hotel and Novotel itself has a restaurant with great menu. Overall, excellent hotel in a nice location.
