「Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either. 「Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting.」
