The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Das Hotel ist sehr kinder-/hundefreundlich, modern und ansprechend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Pool, sowie die Duschen am Pool waren sehr sauber und ansprechend mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Zu erwähnen wäre, dass der Parkplatz 6 Eur pro Tag kostet. Weniger schön war der Checkin. Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir dran kamen. Das Ausfüllen der Formulare dauerte sehr lange. Leider ist kein Online-Chekin möglich. An der Rezeption war eine Person, der für den Checkin sowie Handtücherausgabe zuständig war. Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mindent összevetve nagyon elégedettek vagyunk. Egy családi szobát vettünk ki egy éjszakára 4 főre. A szoba megfelő méretű volt, a bőröndök elfértek akár kinyitva is az előtérben. A szoba tiszta, az ágynemű jó illatú, frissen mosott. A fürdő kicsi de ötletesen kialakított és minden igényt kielégít. A WC külön ajtóval zárható, amit mi különösen jó megoldásnak tartunk. A matracok megfelelő keménységűek, a függönyök az éjszakai alváshoz teljesen elhúzhatók, ami a sötétben aludni vágyóknak kifejezetten előnyös. A vacsora-büfé ízlésesen volt tálalva, szinte minden igényt kielégített: 2-féle leves, csirke, hal, sertés, rizs, krumpli, tészták, 5-féle saláta, 5- féle savanyúság, 3-féle sütemény, gyümölcs, többféle üdítő, sör, bor, koktélok. A reggeli büfében szintén minden igényt kielégítő kiszolgálásban volt részünk, többféle tojás, 7-féle pékáru, felvágott és sajttálak, saláták, zöldségek, gyümölcsök, müzlik, lekvárok, mogyóróvaj, 3-féle tej, kávékülönlegességek, teák, reggeli frissítő italok. Az alagsorban "játékbirodalom" lett kialakítva, ahol billiárd, darts, csocsó (asztali foci), asztalitenisz, társasjátékok, könyvek és egy mászófal szolgálja ki a szórakozni vágyókat. Az egyetlen dolog, amit negatívumoként megemlítenék, a szobánkban lévő minihűtő, ami sajnos nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, s ragadt az előző vendég által kiöntött édes ütítőitaltól.

Personal war sehr freundlich, eine tolle Austattung des Fitnessstudios. Abzug gibt es hauptsächlich wegen dem Essen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr begrenzt und nicht besonders gut. Überwiegend "Zucker und Fett". Wir haben ein Mal das Abendessen in Anspruch genommen. Das Buffet besteht überwiegend aus frittierten und TK(?) Waren. Abwechslung und gesünderes sucht man leider auch. Der Aufzug war kaputt und unser Zimmer war im 3. OG… Außerdem war der Poolbereich nicht zum entspannen da, weil manche Gäste das als Partybereich empfunden haben (Musikbox mitgebracht, Apres ski gefeiert IM POOL). Auf Aufforderung nicht aufgehört. Außerdem waren nach 18 Uhr noch Kinder im Pool was laut Angaben eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist. Da sollte das Personal drauf aufpassen. Die Parkgebühren waren sehr hoch und es gab keine Bademäntel für den Spa. Super war die Aussicht, tierfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, nettes Personal und late check-out.
