This property has 3 floors and no elevator. We were in the farthest room from the reception area (which felt more like a waiting area for an oil change than a hotel). Our keys stopped working on the second night and we needed to go back down to have them reset. The room booking was 'non smoking' but the room was clearly a smoking room (the smell was pretty strong). They were full so there was no opportunity to be moved to a different room.

It was a very convenient stay. I did not have any problems at all. Everything turned out fine. The ladies who helped me with my check in and check out were very courteous and helpful. Collete did a great job cleaning my room prior to my stay there.

Bed was very comfy n clean, friendly service. Old building in need of updating, located right off highway with no buffer. Concern for car theft n loud traffic, but neither was an issue. Rooms were out dated :/
