「The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.」

「The property, location, and room were excellent. The room was very spacious and included a suite style kitchenette. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The one area that could use a little more attention, would be the breakfast. The breakfast was very underwhelming and left you wanting more selections, a bit surprising considering all the other great things that were included. I would definitely stay here again in the future.」

「The Zermatt Hotel has always had a reputation as an upscale destination in Midway, Utah, so when I saw the room rates for the Fourth of July weekend were so reasonable, I immediately booked four rooms for our group. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is that there is a $10 early check-in fee if you arrive before 4:00 p.m. One person in our group was charged the fee while the rest of us were not, so the policy didn’t seem to be applied...
