The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. The location is excellent, tucked away on a quiet street yet close to major attractions, cafés etc. It was easy to explore the city on foot. My room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Despite being in a central area, it was peaceful at night, which made for a very restful stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt cozy and refined. The staff truly stood out: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
