"The Gentleman that checked us in on Aug.1 that evening was very polite, helpful. He recommended places for us to eat and see. We were taking our youngest 2 granddaughters to the Zoo for the first time and he was just so helpful with different suggestions. The next morning for breakfast was hectic but this gentleman was very professional, kind, and helpful. Everything was very nice and clean. Thank you for a very stressful stay. "

"It was a beautiful, serene and quite stay. Loved the amenities, especially the snacks included in our stay. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with our door not latching, so we couldn't leave our room. The lady at the desk was so nice and went and attempted to help us with it. No e of us were able to make it function, so she gladly made arrangements to find us another room we could stay in for the night! Both rooms we were in were spotless!! All linens were perfect, beds were great, floors were spotless, fridge, microwave, etc. I will stay here again. The outside was very clean as well and the breakfast area was good as well. "

"Friendly staff great breakfast bar and oddly enough, the cold fruit infused water decanters at the front. That was welcoming, refreshing hospitality! An little extra touch that was very nice."
