「Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up. This resulted in a near catestrophic panic-attack when I discovered (at the airport at 6am) I didn't have them with me. Fortunately...

「The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「Das Zimmer war dem Alter der Unterkunft entsprechend gut und die Lage sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, allerdings ist durch die Klimaanlage Wasser an der Wand heruntergelaufen, wodurch sich Putz auf dem Boden gelöst hat. Leider wurde dieser während unseres 3-nächtigen Aufenthalts nicht entfernt. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft, besonders wegen der zentralen Lage. Bei der Reinigung und der Beseitigung solcher kleinen Mängel besteht jedoch...
