「Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for.」

「Room clean and well set out. The major issue was I was ground floor with patio doors opening out to parking as area for the golf club.. no air conditioning in the room ment had to TRY and sleep in a 30+ room not good. Otherwise mostly ok Breakfast was not worth £19.98 nice coffee tho.. Parking & staff was ok I did expect a little more the bar was like a sports bar not my scene.」

「I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.」

「This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.」

「The room was spacious with a big bathroom, and access to a shared living room was an extra bonus. All of the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was great.」

「This is a very old characterful property, with low beams etc. Venue was chosen for a small family reunion and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff were all very polite, helpful and patient which adds to the enjoyment. The food was really excellent and thanks to the chef none of our group had any complaints, Definitely recommend.」

「Overall is excellent. Wonderful service but room only available after 14:15 which is a bit delayed from the check in time. Room is neat and bigger than I expected. However, fridge is not available in the room so whoever planning to stay there must be alerted.」
