"We had an exceptional experience at the Viceroy Hotel while celebrating my fiancée’s birthday. The property itself is stunning with beautifully designed, modern, and effortlessly luxurious. We stayed in one of the penthouses. A special thank you to our host, Victoria, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was attentive, responsive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She is definitely an asset to the resort. I’d recommend her if you’d like a host that takes pride and servicing her clients. Her level of care did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize “Hope” at the front desk for her professionalism and warm hospitality during check-in. She made the arrival experience seamless and welcoming. Overall, every staff member we encountered contributed to a high level of serve that exceeded expectations. "We got the ocean view and on same building as the restaurant that serve breakfast and lunch which was perfect location and by the pool. Room was clean but wish i could if book the suite, all inclusive, first time here and will definitely be back"

"Our first stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo was at the adults-only Baja California, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We’ve done a lot of all-inclusive cruises, but not many on land, so this was a different kind of trip for us. The resort itself was nice and open-air. The service and staff were excellent and friendly at all times, the rooms were spacious, and there were plenty of dining options throughout our stay. The biggest pluses were the nice pools, beautiful views, lots of food, and clean, well-appointed rooms. Just a few nitpick things. First, it’s 2026, and the Wi-Fi should be strong everywhere, but ours dropped every two to three minutes in most of the resort. Second, it would have been nice to have a few more vegetarian options, though I was still able to find something at most places. Third, the drink package is a nice perk, and the Elite package gives you better brands, but drinks like piña coladas, mai tais, and mojitos had a strange, perfume-like smell. Tropical drinks were a mess, and the wine selection was weak. Beer and straight hard drinks were fine. The biggest letdown was the entertainment. Compared to a cruise, it’s subpar. There aren’t many activities, and most of the shows are dancing and lip-syncing. If you like to sit by the pool, relax, and have food included, this place works great. If you want more activity or better entertainment, there may be better options. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. A very pleasant place to stay and take "

"I liked the old school Mexican charm of this resort, being built into the rocks. However it was spread out and long confusing walk from my room to the beach I would recommend upgrading to an ocean view room.. I felt like we got good service and enjoyed the poolside lunches. My biggest complaint is that the pool water was very murky and not clear."
