"Extremely busy and wouldn't answer the phone at front desk. Had to take an Uber from the airport as I couldn't reach them to ask for a shuttle. Took a while to check in. On the up side, they did give me a complimentary breakfast voucher for my trouble"

"There is lots of restaurants and shops to brouse through. If you enjoy walking, you can spend a few days cruising the shops of all kinds. You can try a different restarant every lunch and dinner. I liked my room. Very clean and comfy. The staff very friendly and helpful. "

"The place is run-down and not terribly clean. The bathroom smelled like pee. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and common areas. Also, there are 11 guest rooms but only 5 parking places. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful though. And it is in a great location if you are going to the Royal University Hospital. "
