"The hotel was nice once we got in, the parking lot was quite a mess with all the melting and mud. Rooms were nice and comfortable. No complaints The lounge and restaurant seemed to be under staffed, things took a while to get to our table. Once received, all was delicious. "

"The hotel is great; too bad I can’t say the same of the wifi. Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast is a 10 out of 10. Internet was so poor that I reverted to using my data on my phone and using it as a hotspo."

"There were allot of transient people in parking lot, parkade was gated, but still felt sketcy. Calling for extra coffee took a few calls & about 30 minutes. Only provided 3 pillows on king size bed, needed another one. Check in staff was not helpful. Pool was amazing once we found it, Four Seasons restraunt & Finns was amazing. "

"We were given a room that wasn't made up which isn't a big deal, it happens. The front desk upgraded our room to a suite for the inconvenience which was nice. Suites with a full kitchen must be a pain to clean and this one wasn't perfect, there was something that looked nasty on one of the cupboard doors. I wiped it, no big deal. The bedding was clean but looked like an old mascara smear on one sheet, again not a huge issue. the shower door seal leaked and looks like it may have caused some water damage to the baseboards. I mentioned this to the front desk. A few minor issues withe room but all in all happy with our stay, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the two attached restaurants, "Chop Steakhouse" and "Denny's" was top shelf and again, excellent staff."

"When booking on Expedia, no mention of pool closed for maintenance. Could hear it on the 4th floor, drilling. And no mention of parking either. Said covered on their website. Not covered. The did make good with refunding the parking and gave us a free breakfast buffet. The buffet was not good, barely any eggs and what was left was dried out and rubbery. Sausages greasy and had a terrible taste. Waitress made sure to leave a $0 bill with a smiley face and wrote tip. Room clean and had everything we needed. When I addressed some issues with staff at first, very blahhhze. Fixed after on phone for 1 hour with expedia. They are renovating hotel. Just be forth coming with what you are offering."
