「Overall a great property--new and clean. It's on the edge of downtown and an older residential district so was an easy walk to shopping, cafes etc. However, signs all over their parking lot warning of car theft and break-ins combined with their opting out of any liability did cause concern. But no incidence and our one night stay was come and uneventful. HIE does have the best breakfast of all the hotel chains that off it--always a great way to start the day!」

「a beautiful historic building located downtown, close to midtown plaza, many other shops, and a variety of restaurants. my corner room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable mattress i looked forward to sleeping on each night. the only downside was the advertised free breakfast. i was a bit disappointed that the only offerings were muffins and pastries 」

「Staff at check-in were incredibly helpful - room was quiet and clean, only thing that would’ve made this property complete would be a sauna or steam room. Excellent all around and will most likely return. 」
