「Beautiful property.. a true beauty」

「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「The place advertised it has off street parking, We drove from Rebat and followed directions to find ourselves in a very narrow street with people angry at us. With difficulty and a horrible time we were able to drive out with people moving their goods and chairs. We skipped the place and went somewhere else」

「Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.」

「I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. 」

「連住三晚，但不能使用Wi-Fi，只說而且維修人員維修，但卻未能解決問題。所以旅客自行購買額外數據，以解決訂酒店，預約交通及使用Google Map，以免迷路，這還是第一次遇到這情況。清潔人員有進入房間，但三天也沒有收走垃圾桶倒垃圾。」

「Have to wait until 3:00pm to have the room ready. Quiet area. Another hotel construction just beside so a lot of noise . Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . Thumbs up to Mr. Hamza (concierge/security) at the entrance door, always smiling, very helpful to every question , every need . Recommended and will return .」

「The area is a bit touch and go, once you enter the Riad it’s a touch of class & history, wonderful property. Helpful staff! Awesome breakfast & dinner. Just no alcohol sold at the property. Plenty of mint tea and fresh juice 😆」
