「Excellent location, within Corso Umberto (a main area in taormina). Room was comfortable with towels and some amenities. Ample restaurants, shopping. Very touristy area but with a nice vibe. Parking is a little far, about 10 minutes away in a public lot. Contact person for property was very responsive and very helpful; she provided excellent recommendations. Very cozy and comfortable stay for a couple. 」

「My family and I arrived at the hotel near midnight because of the plane delay.However, The receptionist of the hotel has been waiting patiently for us and carefully told us the exact location of the hotel on the phone again and again.made us feel the enthusiasm of sicilian. 「I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. 「We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts」

「This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom.」
