"This place is magical because of the beautiful, Sicilian, relaxing setting. Natural beauty of the countryside and the resort/villa. Great food, excellent staff. I stayed for a week in May 2026."

"The hotel is very dated and not sound proof at all. There were almost 70 kids on a school trip that were out of control and running around all the halls. I had a group staying in the room above mine that were banging moving things around and screaming! I had to go down to reception around 11:30 pm because coincidentally my phone didn't work (I believe that was on purpose, so no one could call down to complain). No apologies, even the next morning. They acted like we were the problem and they didn't care. The kids didn't stop the noise until 2:30am! If the hotel is going to accommodate students, then they should not book regular clients! Breakfast was ok. Also, didn't see any hot tub."
