"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room--view, bed, furniture, bath/shower, Japanese toilet. My only disappointment was with the fitness room--tiny and insufficient. "

"No problems and comfortable bed, and room has almost everything you might need such as toothbrush, shaver etc. Rooms are very small. I was only able to open my suitcase fully by the entrance to the room. But that is the compromise for central Tokyo in this lower price range. I thought the lifts were quite slow and they seem to chase each other. Location is very convenient but expect lots of noise due to the location in the middle of Kabukicho. Breakfast service is OK but starts at 7am. Would be nice to be able to start earlier as on the last day, I had a 6:40am bus to catch to Haneda so missed it. "

"It’s was a good stay overall. Room were extremely small. We had to remove the heater and chair in the hallway just to fit our luggage in the room. Barely any floor space maybe suitable for a couple but not a couple with a child no space. Very outdated room and old. Showers were like a crisis shower again no room for amenities. Average place to stay."
