「The one thing that I appreciate the most is clean rooms and clean bathrooms. this room was spotless! The staff is very helpful and one of the women at the desk (blondish long hair) Saturday night actually walked us all the way through the conference center to find the pub so that we wouldn't have to walk outside in some bitter cold weather. 「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」
