Water doesn’t get hot and the shower head doesn’t put out pressure. I’ve never been cold taking a hot water only shower. Rooms need to be upgraded with new furniture.

We were disappointed that the staff could not hold our luggage for a couple of hours after check out while we went to a doctor appointment. Staff was not rude, but was not overly friendly
