「The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. 」

「Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25」

The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」

「So the water heater went out the one night that we stayed there.So there was no hot water for a shower that night.. Renovated, it's very pretty.The beds were comfortable , but we were not impressed with their breakfast in the morning.」
