「The hotel is clean and very nice. The staff is some of the most courteous and friendly that I've ever met. The only thing that could have been better for us was the bathtub/shower didn't work exactly right but wasn't necessarily bad. It just took a second to get the temperature to stay right. 「It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.」
