Fantastically kind and helpful staff, with wonderful rooms that are just what you need with a hint of luxury. I loved the location and how quiet everything was. Would highly recommend and would stay again if ever in this area.

This hotel is only a couple minutes walking distance from Shizuoka station. Very convenient location even though I have a huge luggage. Many shops & restaurants are close to the hotel. The staff at front desk is friendly and helpful. I requested on the east side of the room to see Mt. Fuji & I got the room. Unfortunately weather was uncooperative. The breakfast buffet is ok. There’s a new laundry facility that is helpful for the travelers ( I did not need to use it at this time).

駅ほぼ直通の距離で、値段がリーズナブルなのにも関わらずとてもスタッフの方が親切な対応をしてくださるよいホテルです。建物は全体的に古い感じはありますがフロントやレストランなど設備が立派です。

Lobby is beautiful but the not smoking floor smelled like it smoking for years. They need to get new rugs. Our room smelled like smoke, had hard time breathing.

First of all it's very conveniently located. Most impressive, surprisingly enough, were the bed pillows. I really liked the larger size ones. They were just right for me. There are a lot of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The train station is right next door. Sounds of trains coming and going can be heard from my room but only faintly.

I had a very pleasant stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were in very good condition and the staff were kind. The hotel is also across the road from Shizuoka Station, which is convenient.

The bathroom has a stinky smell, either due to the curtain, the toilet or use of certain disinfection materials. The worst is the smoking smell in the room even what I booked was a non-smoking room. The staff was nice to help with the switch with no quest ii asked but the new room is also smell smoke due to other guests May be smoking in the same hotel.
