「Good experience! Staffs are very nice to help move luggage from 3/f to the hotel entrance! Very clean and they turned on air conditioning to wait for our check in, this is heart warming! Local restaurants are nearby, some French and Italian bistro!」

「For a property with a kitchen it lacked necessary items. There were no dish towels or hot pads. The pots and pans that were provided were okay but lacking. Could have used larger pots and pans. All in all, it served our needs.」

「Very early check out time for industry standard, cleaning arrived before checkout time, water was out for a day, odd dank smell in the bathroom, location is far from many things」

「This stay was, as always, extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast was just as delicious as ever. The next time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again.」

「Great hotel! Will definitely visit again.」

「The mattress was surprisingly soft, and it was disappointing that the hotel couldn't get us a spared blanket. We were not able to properly sleep and rest throughout our stay here.」

「選擇這酒店都是因為提供了洗衣乾衣機」
