「The room was amazing. Very clean and tidy and easy to get your bearings in. Comfy bed, great amenities and fantastic staff. Will highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Toowoomba」

「The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. 」

「I was greeted at reception by two very friendly jack russells, a short walk down the veranda bought us to our basic room. 5 quite steep steps down to where we parked our car, which is under cover and outside our room. There is a pub that serves food just minutes walk up the road or a RSL across the road. Free toiletries, a fridge, a microwave, kettle and crockery were all provided along with towels. 「The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.」

「The manager was extremely helpful with accommodating us after we were forced to abandon our booking at another fleabag establishment that would've been rated as disgusting in a 3rd world country. We were booked and had the key inside 20 minutes of making last minute phone calls to find another room, not an easy task during school holidays. The manager took the time to offer an inspection of the room which proved to be extremely neat and tidy and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable...
