Great service, dog friendly, close to food. But rooms have limited sound resistance and it can be noisy, the area does have some undesirables that move past and around conducting illicit behaviours. However, overall very good. Those undesirables witnessed never actuall entered the immediate area. We would stay again. The staff were the most impressive thing, very friendly and great service.

The room was very clean and there was no problem accepting our dog. Owners were very friendly. Free Continental breakfast was available in the morning. Walking distance to dining options...so great location. 10 minutes walk to Coles. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying overnight in Toowoomba.

Very tidy room. Air con was a bit loud. And shower put water all over the bathroom floor. But other than those minor things it was a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

The room decor was poor with whitewash painted walls - the rooms are great if you’re wanting a no frills work stay. Didn’t feel very homely. Host was very friendly and attentive. Good location in Toowoomba

The property was pet friendly which was an essential for us as we were travelling with our mini schnauzer. A continental breakfast was included which was a nice touch as you could help yourself to toast and cereal. The room is dated and not the cleanest and it had one of those old air cons and hat sound like a train. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Motel was handy and close to most things. Room was fairly clean just no dishwashing liquid to wash cutlery and crockery and only had one coffee mug in room. Continental breakfast was reasonable but time open didn't always suit. Crockery available for breakfast wasn't the cleanest.

The room was laid out ok, bathroom was totally outdated, owner overlooked previous residents Rowell was still hanging on back of bathroom door, broken soap holder broken, sliding shower door taken away & replaced with plastic curtain, water pressure terrible

I have reviewed this multiple times lets just say i have taken this place to fair trade qld due to its complete disgusting dirty brothel vibe. Want some drugs go there and buy some down in the last 6 or so rooms full of druggies. Want stains on everything in your room and hair even the f-ing tv had it. Wish me luck on my fair trade adventure trying to get thia place shutdown or at least get my money back which he refuaed to give me and smiled about it. Goodluck everyone who stays here.

Comfortable and convenient location. A bit of road noise at night. The advertised free continental breakfast was not available due to Covid restrictions but tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were provided which I didn’t understand. Toiletries were provided in wall mounted dispensers in the shower but nothing to say what was what. Found myself trying to wash with the hair conditioner- I think! Also a red or blue dot on the shower tap would help to indicate hot and cold. It was the opposite of usual and I wasted water waiting for it to warm up. The room had useful equipment for cooking/warming food which was helpful.
