It was great that they had water filters in each unit, they had great internet/WIFI system, secure with security cameras, pool available, breakfast included, helpful staff. The noise from the main highway was not not very noticeable.

The room was very clean and there was no problem accepting our dog. Owners were very friendly. Free Continental breakfast was available in the morning. Walking distance to dining options...so great location. 10 minutes walk to Coles. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying overnight in Toowoomba.

Great service, dog friendly, close to food. But rooms have limited sound resistance and it can be noisy, the area does have some undesirables that move past and around conducting illicit behaviours. However, overall very good. Those undesirables witnessed never actuall entered the immediate area. We would stay again. The staff were the most impressive thing, very friendly and great service.

Motel was handy and close to most things. Room was fairly clean just no dishwashing liquid to wash cutlery and crockery and only had one coffee mug in room. Continental breakfast was reasonable but time open didn't always suit. Crockery available for breakfast wasn't the cleanest.

Very tidy room. Air con was a bit loud. And shower put water all over the bathroom floor. But other than those minor things it was a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

It was an okay stay overall, but two things made the experience a bit disappointing. Firstly, the shower area did not appear to have been fully cleaned. There were clumps of hair still in the shower and on the wall. There also appeared to be possible mould where the shower doors slide on the inside. Secondly, although the pillows had clean pillowcases, one of the pillows had a visible stain underneath. It looked like it may have been old blood or ink, although that is only based on observation. The stain could be seen through the pillowcase. Based on this, I do not think I would stay at this accommodation again or recommend it. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

The room decor was poor with whitewash painted walls - the rooms are great if you’re wanting a no frills work stay. Didn’t feel very homely. Host was very friendly and attentive. Good location in Toowoomba

The property was pet friendly which was an essential for us as we were travelling with our mini schnauzer. A continental breakfast was included which was a nice touch as you could help yourself to toast and cereal. The room is dated and not the cleanest and it had one of those old air cons and hat sound like a train. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Lovely staff, but the rooms are horrible, bathroom and cutlery in room dirty, not sound prof at all, can hear the rooms next door and the loud neighbours. Really run down
