"Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere."

"Disappointed in my stay. For the price I payed me and my husband felt discriminated from the start because of our tattoos. To begin I payed a decent price for a view of the tower room . We did have a view but in the third floor we were in the sight of the park so the entire park could see into our room.Upon arriving the never offered to take our bags even though they had offered to the guest around. Every night there was young girls waiting in the elevator area and then men from the 33 and up floors would badge them in . It seemed like they are okay with prostitution at hotel . Very displeased with this “5 star “ hotel "

"Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. Hotel and rooms themselves were somewhat outdated, but clean. Would stay here again in a pinch, but not necessarily first choice."

"Great breakfast options. There are three restaurants that you can pick from. The location is great you can get to different train station very quickly."

"Hotel has an amazing view of the city from each room and from the lobby. Rooms are well set up with amenities. The carpet in my room was a bit tired looking and the wall paper a bit scraped on the corner where i put my suitcase on a rack. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. "
