"The air conditioning in the hotel was not working, which I was not told until discovering it for myself in my room. I was offered a fan, but this was inadequate as the room had windows that only opened a few inches and was facing a busy road. The room was hot, noisy, and if we wanted air we were unable to keep the curtains closed against the bright lights outside. Our room overlooked a courtyard containing an open dumpster full of trash. "Charming hotel close to the train station. The manager was kind enough to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I arrived exhausted and fighting a froggy voice. The food was amazing and I slept well."

"Absolutely magical place to stay! The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfy, and the staff wonderful! The floor we stayed on was accessible by a small spiral staircase; large enough to get suitcases up, but perhaps not the most accessible so bear that in mind when booking. Would highly recommend taking time to walk the grounds and throughout the castle during your stay!"

"What a beautiful inn. It’s quiet and the staff are all very friendly. I stayed there one night and chose it because of its proximity to Kynren. It was about a 15 minute drive from their car park. So convenient! Especially when you’re getting out of the show at 11 o’clock at night. Their breakfast in the morning had lots of options, both hot and cold. I wish I could’ve stayed longer in the area."
