"Breakfast not suit for me"

"Clean room and friendly staff. Room is a bit on the smaller side and was quite warm. When trying to use the Aircon there was a horrible smell so decided to just open the window instead. "

"Breakfast was great, very good variety. Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel offers a lot of amenities and extra things like the soup at night, the snack from 3 to 6, plus the spa - huge plus! Easy to check in and out. Excellent stay, excellent location."

"One of the best places to stay at in Kyoto. We absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were very friendly and greeted you every time you came down from your room at any hour of the day. Check in was very easy, amenities were fantastic, free coffee, drinks and snacks from afternoon to night were very nice. The room was also bigger than expected, very clean, quiet and one of the best I have stayed in even in the states. Area is safe, neighborhood feel, but necessities were close-by as well. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we return to Kyoto and only stay here when back in Japan. A lot to discover in this beautiful place Kyoto."

"The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Japanese standards. We especially loved the bakery and café in the lobby. It was a perfect way to start the day."

"Very good, clean and accessible to the trains. Across from the Umejoki train station - one stop from Kyoto station. familymart attached to hotel. Starbucks around the corner. Public bath is nice too. Only wish they had a small gym with dumbbells. Otherwise great!!"
