「If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, do it, you won’t regret it. This was hands down the best accommodation we stayed at in Japan. The service from Ryota and the entire team was exceptional and truly made our stay special. The location is ideal. Peaceful and quiet, yet with easy access to the bus. The amenities were beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.」

「The hotel is conveniently located close to very happening street near the bus stops and Daimaru department store. Hotel itself is very clean and the room is spacious, and the front desk is very helpful. There's only one thing the guests need to be aware of, the bathroom of family suite is located in the lower level of the room and the stairs might be little bit steep for older people, that's something to consider if you are traveling with seniors.」

「The hotel is a very good value of money. The room is clean and tidy. The location is good. The service from staff is wonderful. The design for the self-service luggage storage service is very good. Although there are car engine sound on the street at night, I accept this is the cost of the convenience. Despite there is no view from the room, I got what I've paid for. 」
