「We loved our stay at Saju Kyoto. We arrived early and they looked after our bags until it was time to check in. When we checked in we were served matcha tea and Japanese cakes in our room. The room was very tiny but so comfortable, cosy and traditional. The futons were the most comfortable beds we had during all our time in Japan! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. 「It's clean, well designed. Room is spacious, toilet and shower are separated. There's a bathing area, though it's not onsen, it's comfortable especially the snack area outside is well stocked up... Ice stick, nuts, hot/cold drinks.」

「The hotel is conveniently located close to very happening street near the bus stops and Daimaru department store. Hotel itself is very clean and the room is spacious, and the front desk is very helpful. There's only one thing the guests need to be aware of, the bathroom of family suite is located in the lower level of the room and the stairs might be little bit steep for older people, that's something to consider if you are traveling with seniors.」

「Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Kyoto und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
