「I almost hated to disturb the front desk person on the computer upon my arrival who was reluctant to look up from the screen. And don’t they ever vacuum the place?」

「We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at least 6 times. It is clean, comfortable beds and affordable. It is an older hotel but nice. The breakfast was good. Parking convenient. 」

「The rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My sister needed a handicap room the first room was fully accessible so they changed our room the next day. The manager was delightful and always had a smile on his face. The breakfast had plenty of great choices. I will stay here the next time in Sheridan.」

「The biggest issue was misleading room details. We booked what was advertised as a double queen room, but the beds were clearly full/double size—I even measured to confirm. My 6'4" husband’s feet hung off the edge, which doesn’t happen with a true queen. The smaller pillows across the bed felt like an attempt to make the size difference less noticeable. I brought this up to the front desk in person, and it was immediately denied. I’ve been purchasing beds to fit smaller spaces for over six years,...

「Staff was marvelous. Our room HVAC was less then perfect. The room wall thermostat controls did not work, and you had to adjust the place manually. Fan would not stay running. Would cycle every 20 minutes or so. Hard to control room temperature.」

「Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.」
