"This historic hotel is lovely, and though the room we had was quite small, it may be the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff are simply wonderful!"

"no phone cord for the hotel phone so I couldn't call room to room and there were only 3 bath towels for 4 people but both were easy fixes. But my reservation said free breakfast and they wanted $10 for 2 people, so not sure what that was about"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Homestead! The resort is beautiful and has so much to offer for families. The lazy river was definitely a favorite for the kids, and the water slides made it even more fun. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made our stay enjoyable. We also loved the historic charm of the property and the beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, but it’s also a great place to simply slow down and relax. Overall, we had a great family getaway!"

"The wellness room we had was so nice. We loved that it was so close to the bar! Bartenders were excellent! Dinner in the main dining area was delicious! Short walk to the market... perfect for going out on the town! We will be back!"

"It's hard to pick out one thing that makes the George Washington excellent. Is it the staff? Yes. But is it the ambiance of an historic hotel? Certainly. How about the location? For sure! Can it be the memories of past stays? Oh, yes as we always celebrate our anniversary in Winchester. What about the actual room? That jacuzzi and rain forest shower, king bed, and fireplace rocks! Here's an idea...put my excellent review to the test yourself!"

"They have renovated since I have been here last and it looks great. The Restaurant staff is perfection. The coffee staff is so so kind. Especially this one older gentleman, he made small talk with all the guests and was so informative about blackberry pastries. And the lady who manages the gift shop. She checked in consistently and was so sweet. We enjoyed our time here and the views are incredible 😲"
