「Clean」

「We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.」

「The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They do not have regular pillows. They have decorative pillows. Small square ones.」

「We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family」

「The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.」

「I hated the whole property!! It was outdated and nasty!! The sheets were dingy. The walls were nasty. The carpets was nasty and smelly. The bathroom tub was dingy and nasty.」

「We thought the room came with free breakfast so that stunned us since they didnt tell me we had to pay for it while I was asking about it. I had alot of difficulty trying to add 1 nite to our stay and they wouldnt let me have it at the same price I had booked for. They added $160 to the price I paid so we didnt add the extra nite.」

「The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.」

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」

「The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We liked the pool bar and food options. We liked how close we were to the beach and the ability to rinse off before heading to the pool. We disliked the gym since both the treadmill and bike were broken. Also having the elevator broken made it difficult to get to our room quickly each day, at one point both elevators were down and climbing stairs to the 6th floor...

「The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!」

「Check out time was at 10am. A Manager walked into the unit at 10:08am stating dropping paperwork off for the next person. Very scary for me and my family. 」
