"The staff were really nice,the amenities were perfect too.The location is really good for going around anywhere in the town.The only problem with my stay was that some kind of renovation was going on because of which there was a lot of noise outside my room.I let the receptionist know about it and he said he’s gonna look into it and let me know as I wasn’t able to sleep but he didn’t get back to me after that.Otherwise property wise It was really good and the staff were actually very nice too...

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. "Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "

"Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap.
