「The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning.
I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution.
I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.」

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」

「
We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked.
Regards,
M. Khan 」
