I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a reasonable variety of options. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy but the bed felt wobbly. There should be ample supply of shampoos but there wasn't at the first place. The room felt kinda damp or maybe it was raining outside hence. The staff were pretty well behaved and professionally mannered. The absolute highlight of this place is their food service both breakfast and dining. Phenomenal cooking. The entire staff of kitchen should be praised and retained. The pricing was very affordable and the food at that price was an absolute highlight. Even the tiny bakery served phenomenal bakery items with a fraction of the cost. Whether anyone wants to live here or not eveyone should try their bakery and the dining.

The staff were really nice, the amenities were perfect too.The location is really good for going around anywhere in the town. The only problem with my stay was that some kind of renovation was going on because of which there was a lot of noise outside my room.I let the receptionist know about it and he said he’s gonna look into it and let me know as I wasn’t able to sleep but he didn’t get back to me after that.Otherwise property wise It was really good and the staff were actually very nice too except the receptionist.

From the price point everything was good. But they didn’t allow me to use my camera at their rooftop. Which is really absurd. Doesn’t make any sense.

Overall excellent experience and enjoyable stay. Facilities - from Room (upgrade) to ‘Antalya’ dining, coffee shop and leisure were extremely good. Staff at all levels from MD to Reception, including Restaurant and Housekeeping were courteous, genuinely caring and professional.
