"The Crowne Plaza Suites hotel was surprisingly convenient for my stay in Pittsburgh. While located in Bethel Park rather than downtown, it proved to be the perfect staging point for excursions both in Pittsburgh and a day trip to the Laurel Highlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The room is very clean. They didn’t need to, but they cleaned it every day. The only problem was that it was an adjoining room to people that we weren’t connected with. And I know you can’t help this, but they were loud and rude. Before you give these rooms to customers, you should make them aware of this so that they could choose to be in a room that’s not adjoined to another room."
