"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"

"Rooms were outdated and dirty. Was up all night due to the loud and consistent stopping about us. I asked the front desk if they were doing remodeling and she explained a long term resident is working on moving out about us. "

"The beds this Hilton are terrible. Completely broken down and dented in. More than one room was this way no way to switch rooms. I was told well the mattress is 7years old. If you would like to sleep do not stay here."

"I was hoping I could post a good review to counter the negative ones. However, after having a door lock that had loose screws, a shower that was luke-warm at best, no TV remote....and this was just the first room we were in. Our second room had to slam the door to close and no body wash in the shower. One positive note about the room, you could take off foot calluses with your towel. Sound deadening between the rooms was pretty good, especially for what appeared to be an older building. Staff was super friendly and was quick to assist when we contacted them. Looks like Best Western just bought this property. Hopefully they will make improvements."
