「Staff was warm and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The elevators are painfully slow and all staircases set off an alarm. The room had low popcorn ceilings and a peeling small shower. I had to complain to the front desk to get the TV fixed and the shampoo and conditioner restocked.」

The breakfast was the usual hotel buffet. The pool area seems to be lively so If you’re looking for peace and quiet request a room away from it. Kids are out for the summer. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.」

「For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. 「The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. The bedding was very scratchy and the mattress was very soft so my fiancé and I sank into it and found it...

「Big alert the property is under renovation, during 8-4 there is a lot of noise. The property was nice place, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, cereal, yogurt and juices. If it wasn’t for the construction noise it would have received a bigger rating. I was not informed of the construction intill I was there checking in. It would have been nice to know before hand.」

「Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids.
