「The rooms were really cool 50’s throwback type. The beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. I only had one small complaint in that there is no live TV to watch local channels. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.」

「Our room was not a deluxe one and did NOT look like the beautiful rooms pictured. Bed was comfortable, location was good, but we expected more, based on pictures and reviews.」

「The shower handle in the bathroom fell off . The bathroom wall above shower head was peeling/cracked horribly . Behind the nite stand was garbage and Filthy. Paint stains on hallway was awful. This should be checked out. The amount of money we spend for the room was tremendous and the room was horrible. If at all possible we would like a refund of a portion of our stay. If a inspection of property is done you will clearly see what we have mentioned.Thank you.」

「Beautiful Mountain Inn with cozy decor, nice size room, large bathroom with very nice shower which heats up quick and provides nice pressure. Bed is very comfortable and room has extra-large compact fridge with freezer compartment. One note Room 17 has loose toilet base and rocks slightly.」

「Hot coffee &lots of choices of baked goods for breakfast, plus yogurt &fruit. Eggs, meat, etc were all an extra charge. Room was downstairs… with a single window that looks out to the alley driveway. Very eclectic looking room. One step down to get into the room…. Not great for seniors.」

「Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. 」
