「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「This was our first trip to Aruba. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and parking was very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious. Out pool view included a distant view of the ocean. The "kitchen" was just a microwave, large fridge and freezer and sink. We had to ask for plates and cutlery (which was provided but were disposable products). The pools were lovely and never crowded. We did not eat at the property since it was so convenient to walk to all...

I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. So u can have ur peace and quiet when u get back to the hotel. Food was also very good at their cafe. Reasonable price. Breakfast is free and healthy to get ur day started.」
