「The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually.」

「The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.」

「Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

「Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. 」

「The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.」
