"Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. "

"The owner made everything super easy. I had the door codes the morning of, they reached out before my stay to make sure I had their contact info, and they quickly addressed the very few issues we had. The whole home was very clean and comfortable—I can’t imagine a better stay. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay at. I'm disabled so we had one step into the house. The place was clean and cozy. The back porch had a lot of spiders and spider webs but there was a broom provided to sweep off the webs. It's located near a river and in a forest covered mountain so spiders are to be expected. Otherwise plenty of utensils and plates. They also have a grill with comfy porch furniture. Very pleased with the stay. Will return."

"It’s a little confusing and deceiving when you are pulling into the property. If possible, plan to arrive when it’s daylight. Biggest thing is that as you pull in, you’re looking at the backside of the house / property. Once there, it’s just as advertised and amazing. "
