"This space was way too small to advertise for 3 people.
It was also difficult to find because there were no signs except off a back alley.
The price was much too high for what the property offered."

"Staff were great. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but overall still very good. The hotel is also close to Osaki station which made navigating Tokyo a breeze. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the staff are all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. But what sets the hotel apart is that every conceivable outlet is within a 5 minute walk. 2 FamilyMart stores, 2 McDonald’s, Mo’s Burger, KFC and a dozen or more Japanese restaurants. And the railway station is a mere 50 metres from the hotel entrance. This will be my go-to hotel in greater Tokyo whenever I visit."
"Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. "
"I had a wonderful day at this hotel, I loved how it’s connected underground to that entire entertainment center, and top of a Bisu, amazing location, and great staff and service"
"Breakfast and lounge pass terrific, nice room , great breakfast, coffee and drinks with snacks. Conveniently located close to main station Shinagawa. Will stay again. "
