Room was very nice, lucky to get a corner room on the 8th floor. Hotel staff was incredibly polite and spoke clear english, no noise complaints, bed was comfortable and the rooms were incredibly quiet. Bathroom had a wonderful shower and free coffee at the counter, would definitely love to stay here again if I come back to Kamata!

The room was surprisingly big (compared to other places my partner and I had already stayed in), clean, and well stocked. The biggest bonus was that it came with a combo washer/dryer inside of the room! Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again on our future trips.

We loved this hotel. It looks new to us. Next time we will stay here longer. Bed is comfortable and they provided two pillows for each guest. Very clean and nice room. Staff are so helpful and kind. It’s a 3 min walk to train station to Haneda airport and not too far from dining and shopping areas.
