1人で約5日間滞在しました。部屋が新しくて綺麗でした。個人的にいちばん嬉しかったのは洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、さらに干す為のハンガーと吊り下げの洗濯バサミがあったことです。駅も近く、坂も少ないため大きなスーツケースで移動するのも苦ではありませんでした。近くに商店街があり、薬局やコンビニ、飲食店も豊富です。騒音もなく、苦にならない程度の人通りがあるところのすぐ近くなので治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩くことが出来ました。壁床が薄目なので大きな音を立てると響きやすいこと、チェックインの時部屋の鍵が入っている箱を見つけるのに手間取ったこと、玄関が狭いのが少し注意点です。 欠点を含めても、値段以上の質が担保されていると感じました。 品川周辺で用事がある時はまた利用したいです。
