Staff went above and beyond all the time !! Food was great and lots of places to eat. Pools are very nice. Very expensive for anything on the resort. There was minimum spends just to sit at the pool which deters a lot of people. Minimum spends when going to eat in restaurants too. We will not stay here again due to the minimum spends at pool and restaurants. Beach is not useable at all, it is so dirty.

Thank you for pampering us Desa Potato Head. I couldn’t pinpoint what I appreciated most during my stay because frankly, I think you got everything right, from the great beachfront location with amazing sunset views, great restaurants and bars, proximity to the beach club but yet peace and serenity once we retreated back to our suite, the modern minimalist and eco-design of the property, or perhaps it’s just the warmth and smiles of all your staff who go above and beyond to make us feel at home. You’re truly deserving of the World’s 50 Best Hotels accolade. We are staying at another “5-Star” resort in Nusa Dua as I write this review and we are dreading our stay, wishing we could check out and head back to Potato Head. You have spoilt us! :)

Outstanding hotel and service. We stayed in the suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast is great. They have some cool experiences I recommend trying like sound healing, pharmacy and Akademi. The dome is highly recommended for dinner. Overall, I am not surprised this hotel was ranked among the 50 best in the world.
