"The location is fantastic, and the swimming pools, and buffet breakfast were great. Sadly the hotel is looking a little shabby with mould in the bathrooms, saggy beds, wobbly and damaged furniture, and aircon that was functioning sub par. The room cleaning was very hit and miss, but by far the worst thing was the overpowering fake jasmine smell in the hallways - it made me cough and feel nauseated. The staff are friendly and helpful, though it does take a while to get things done. From talking to the other guests, it sounds like the hotel has been fading over the years, but it still represents great value for money."

"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."

"My stay at SereS Springs Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and celebrated. I stayed in one of their private villas for my 48th birthday, and everything was beyond beautiful. The villa itself was stunning—peaceful, clean, and luxurious with the perfect private pool setting. The birthday decorations were everything I asked for and more. Waking up to a beautifully decorated pool and enjoying a floating breakfast on my special day was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure every detail of my birthday celebration was perfect, and I truly felt special the entire time. The resort grounds are gorgeous, very relaxing, and give you that true Bali luxury vibe. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special or just unwind in a peaceful environment, this is definitely the place to be. "Great location which is far away from all the noise but still in walking distance to restaurants, pubs and clubs. Make sure when you book, book the buffet breakfast it’s worth it."

"The main building rooms just feel dirty. We had cockroaches get into our food in the room. We had a really bad room service chicken meal that we couldn’t eat. We left after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. We had already moved rooms twice and they wanted us to move a 3rd time. They get you to sign a form at check in that you aren’t entitled to a refund (if you booked a room with no refund)… this should have been a red flag. They then tried to get me to sign a form on departure stating I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund. We haven’t even asked for a refund we were just happy to get out of there. In fairness- we stayed in the main building, I believe the kids side is newer. A few good pool slides and a kids club are very available at a lot of hotels in the area so I would definitely skip this place if you are reading this. "
