"Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied! "

The staff are fantastic, the food is incredible, the rooms are amazing and overall it is comparable to one of the best hotels we have in Canada! "We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."
