「nice and cosy」

「The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. 」

「I arrived late last night. The owners were so kind, they turned the heat on and made things very comfortable for when I arrived. The room is so clean it has a lovely wardrobe lots of drawers for clothes and beautiful white linens. Super clean! Way better than many holiday inn expresses that I have stayed in.」

「The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately 」

「Online check-in/-out facilitated a quick and easy process. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary juice, tea, coffee as well as morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and stores.」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」
